International customers:
Flashlight Connection offers limited international shipping. Presently we offer shipping to Australia, Canada, Brazil, and Great Britain (United Kingdom). Shipping is via USPS Priority International or USPS Express International. Sorry, we cannot ship USPS First Class. Shipping rates are based on the order total, and can be calculated once the items are placed in your Shopping Cart.
By law, we state the actual value of the package on the customs label. Customer is responsible for any customs fees and duties... please check your country's customs office or website for more information. Insurance is not available for Priority International Mail. Express International automatically includes insurance coverage for up to $100 loss or damage. Please email us if you desire to add additional insurance coverage. We cannot be responsible for any uninsured or under-insured packages.
Returns
At FlashlightConnection.com, your total satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you have a problem with your purchase or are not satisfied in any way, contact us and we'll make it right. You can return any purchase to us for a full refund within 14 days (provided the item/s are in the same condition as delivered). We will refund the original total including shipping, but shipping costs to return the items to us will not be reimbursed.
Warranties
